  At Unagi no Naruse, we will continue to offer unaju at three different prices and in three different portions.

  ●Background to the introduction Until now, we have only offered unaju (eel rice bowl) made with Japanese eels farmed overseas, but we have been hit by the constant wave of rising prices.Therefore, in addition to the traditional unaju, we have decided to offer three types of unaju, including one made with domestically farmed eels, which has been strongly requested by customers, and one made with eels raised in Naruse's carefully selected water and environment, which we are particular about, at the same price as before.
